Returning Users
In order to secure a spot, you need to create an account with Tutorbird.
When you need to make a new booking or sign in again, log in as a returning user. Once you have an account, you’ll be able to see our timetable and book in to the sessions for your young person. If you want a re-occuring 1:1 appointment, please double check once your initial booking is made that it has been made as a re-occuring appointment. Please also ensure you have read and understood our cancellation policy below.
If you have any problems booking, please reach out and we will do our best to figure it out – we’re new to this system too so we thank you for your patience.

Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Emergence Education. We are committed to providing exceptional mentoring and tutoring services. By booking a session with us, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy, which ensures fairness and respect for both our clients and staff.
Group Sessions: Our group sessions are priced per term to encourage regular attendance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances, like illness, can occur. While we cannot facilitate make-up classes, we offer a credit to your account for the following term in such cases. Please note, no refunds or make up sessions are provided for missed group sessions. Emergence Education reserves the right to cancel a group session should the minimum numbers not met.
1:1 Sessions: To cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before the session, a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost will be charged. This fee helps support our dedicated staff who rely on these sessions. We appreciate your understanding that our tutors prepare in advance for each session, and last-minute changes can impact their schedules significantly.
General Terms: If you are planning an extended absence, please inform us and your tutor at least two weeks in advance. This allows us to manage schedules and make necessary adjustments. Should you decide to discontinue our services, we request a notice period of two weeks. Your cooperation and understanding of this policy help us maintain the high quality of our services and respect the time and effort of our staff.
