EMERGENCE ACADEMY
Emergence Academy Programs have an academic focus and are always facilitated by an experienced VIT Teacher. Sessions may be directly connected to a subject, or more generally to a learning area or VCE/IB.
Academy programs support the development of skills and knowledge that is transferable to general schooling. This will be delivered at the point of need for each student, with small groups being capped to ensure personalised learning.

EMERGENCE COLLABORATE
Emergence Collaborate Programs have a focus on working together and supporting social connections in small, multi-aged groups. These sessions will always be facilitated by an experienced VIT Teacher or qualified allied health professional.
Collaborate programs will support the development of social skills include turn taking, team work & clear communication in a supportive, low-risk environment. Sessions will be customised with groups being capped to ensure personalised learning.
EMERGENCE WELLBEING
Emergence Wellbeing Programs have a focus on understanding our brains, supporting executive function and mental health. These sessions will always be facilitated by an experienced VIT Teacher or qualified allied health professional.
Wellbeing programs support the understanding of how brains work, and how individuals can take better care of and even ‘hack’ their neurosparkly brains. Sessions will be customised with groups being capped to ensure personalised learning.
EMERGENCE PEERS
Emergence Peers Programs have a focus on working together and supporting social connections in fun way. These sessions will be facilitated by former Emergence students who are now at university. They have working with children checks in place and will receive ongoing mentoring and supervision by our teaching staff.
Supervised Study Sessions Sessions will use body doubling structures to get the best out of the time.
Peer Mentors have the knowledge to support students & the smarts to ask the Emergence Teaching staff to jump in as needed.
Peers programs provide a more affordable option for gifted & 2e as well as neurotypical young people to work with like minded peers, but also engage with someone like them who is a few years ahead in the educational landscape.

EMERGENCE EQUIP
Emergence Equip Programs are designed to assist those who support our gifted & 2e young people better navigate the highs and lows. Parents, Teachers, and Allied Health Professionals.
Sessions will be facilitated by our expert staff as well and invited guest experts in the field.
Equip programs support those who support our kids. Best practice and current evidence based research will guide content, with a focus on sharing lived experiences to assist others feel less alone.
Equip programs pricing is designed to ensure access to as many people as possible.
