Small Groups and 1:1 Check Ins
Face to Face
We love working with young people and for us, the easiest way to break down barriers is to work in person at our HQ in Malvern East.
The type of work we do is dependent on the young person on the day. It may include but is not limited to:
- Specific subject support
- Executive Function support
- Body doubling
- Resilience building and problem solving
- Formal Allied supports - creative art therapy, social work, counselling.
- Special interest area deep dives
- Gifted learner extension
- Holiday programs and workshops
We have capped sessions meaning that we can spend time with each young person that walks through our doors and find ways to support them each week.
Inclusive practice. Clear evidence. Confident staff.
School Consultancy & Professional Learning
Many teachers were never trained to recognise or support twice-exceptional (2e) students, gifted learners, or neurodivergent students. They are doing their best, but the systems and language around adjustments, documentation, and evidence are often unclear.
This creates pressure across schools. Staff feel unsure. Leadership teams worry about compliance. And when an NCCD audit arrives, schools suddenly realise how difficult it is to demonstrate the support that is already happening.
Emergence Education works with schools to strengthen inclusive practice while making documentation clear, consistent, and audit-ready.
Our work focuses on practical systems teachers can actually use.
Mentoring, Advocacy and Tribe Building
Parent Support
Parenting is weird. You have a baby and they quite litterally just let you go home and hope that you figure it out.
We get it - but we're also making up this parenting stuff as we go. So, we're here to help. We can help you to advocate for your kid at school (because navigating the school system is tricky!), we also offer one off parenting workshops and regular parent meet ups.
NCCD Audit Readiness & Evidence Consultancy
Schools are increasingly seeking support after audits identify gaps in evidence, documentation, or adjustment processes.
We help schools review their current systems and strengthen the way support is captured across platforms.
This work includes:
- Reviewing current evidence and identifying gaps
- Strengthening the language used to document adjustments
- Aligning classroom practice with NCCD evidence requirements
- Building systems that make documentation simpler and more consistent
- Supporting leadership teams to prepare confidently for future audits
The aim is simple. Make the support happening in classrooms visible, defensible, and sustainable.
